At our hospital, we strive for clinical excellence and innovation in providing quality care to millions of patients annually.
We seek a detail-oriented professional to join our Quality Management team as a Quality Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, supporting audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the hospital.
- Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, and timely closure of identified deficiencies.
- Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings with precision and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and proper document control of forms and formats.
- Work closely with Unit Leadership to implement and monitor quality standards across the hospital.
- Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with accreditation bodies for accreditation processes.
- Support hospital-wide quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a candidate with a graduate degree in any discipline along with MBA/MHA or equivalent. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment. A strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting is essential. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are also required.
