**Job Title**: Senior Accountant - Audit Team

**Location**: Koregaon Park, Pune
**Employment Type**: Full-time | Permanent
**Salary**: As per industry standards

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support internal audit processes across group companies
- Prepare and review audit schedules, financial records, and supporting documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
- Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend corrective measures
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits
- Review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Assist in designing and implementing audit strategies and risk assessment procedures
- Monitor and report audit findings, and track follow-up actions and closures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter or equivalent preferred)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in audit, compliance, or senior accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and audit procedures
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Zoho/Tally Prime)
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple audits and meet strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination
