**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Statutory Auditor to join our team in Vadodara. As a Statutory Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal standards and financial regulations. **Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct statutory audits and financial reviews in accordance with applicable laws and accounting standards.

Verify and analyze financial statements, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Identify and assess financial risks, recommending measures to mitigate them.

Provide expert advice on accounting and regulatory compliance matters.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver high-quality audit services.

Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.

Prepare comprehensive audit reports and communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.

In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

Proficient in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
