**Work Description**:
Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers to sell the product and services.

**Key Skills**:
1. Should have good convincing power

2. Would be required to handle Customer Grievance

3. Should be Comfortable with shifts timing

4. High Level of Patience is required
