Job Title: Data Entry Operator**Job Summary**:
A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. They ensure the accuracy and consistency of data, which is crucial for the smooth operation of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources into computer systems and databases.
- **Data Verification**: Check the entered data for accuracy and consistency, ensuring there are no errors.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain and update records in digital databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and organized.
- **Data Backup**: Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage electronic files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly labeled.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports and summaries based on the data entered and maintained.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other departments to gather data and provide necessary information.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to focus on details and ensure accuracy in data entry.
- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- **Typing Skills**: Fast and accurate typing skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve data entry issues.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
