**Profile**:Process Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare training materials such as outlines, and handouts and present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and ILT sessions.
- Tailor, specific training programs for employee growth, development, and retention.
- Measure training program effectiveness for the employees.
- Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated.
- Conduct refresher training based on TNA.
- Manage Knowledge checks for New Hires’ & Production employees.

**Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Customer/ Client Handling Skills
- Flexible to work in night shift
- Experience in any product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training
- 1- 2 years of on-paper experience in Training
- Need to have good presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office/ Google suite

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
