Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be generating sales leads through strategic prospecting and relationship-building. Strong communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a drive for achieving sales targets are essential. Conducting market research, delivering compelling presentations, and exceeding sales targets will be key to driving revenue growth.
Designation: Field Sales Executive
Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
Salary Range: 1,80,000 to 3,00,000
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target
industries/segments.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new leads and
opportunities.
Actively prospect and engage with potential customers through cold
calling, networking, and industry visits.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our
products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by addressing their
needs and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and
effective follow-up.
Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record in sales lead generation, preferably in a field sales
role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive for achieving sales
goals.
Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Proficiency in regional language
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
