Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct field visits to both residential and commercial areas to promote Airtel Xtreme services and products.

2. Identify potential customers and educate them about Airtel Xtreme offerings, benefits, and special promotions.

3. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate plans and packages based on their requirements.

4. Provide support to existing customers, address their queries, and resolve any service-related issues promptly and efficiently.

5. Collect customer feedback and insights to improve service quality and identify areas for enhancement.

6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.

7. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including sales visits, leads generated, and customer interactions.

8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure effective coordination and achievement of objectives.

9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum educational qualification: Puc+

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.

4. Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services (training will be provided).

5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Good organizational and time management skills.

7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

8. Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits:
1. Basic salary: INR 16,500 per month.
