**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the channel producer to develop engaging long-form and short-form video content for YouTube.
- Research, script, and present financial topics in a clear, relatable, and informative manner.
- Ensure content aligns with the latest trends and developments in the financial markets.
- Maintain high standards of video presentation, including voice throw, pacing, and on-camera performance.
- Engage with the audience by creating content that resonates with their interests and queries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Presentation Skills: Strong voice throw, modulation, and confidence on camera.
- Financial Knowledge: A solid understanding of the financial markets is a must.
- Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Creativity: Ability to brainstorm innovative ideas for content creation and audience engagement.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience in video content creation or hosting.
- Passion for educating and simplifying complex financial concepts.
- Familiarity with YouTube trends and audience engagement strategies.
