**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research to gather accurate and up-to-date information for video content.
- Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate complex ideas in an accessible manner.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, news, and topics to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
- Utilize creative hooks and storytelling techniques to capture and maintain viewers' attention.
- Develop visually appealing and dynamic video presentations that enhance understanding and retention.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas, plan video concepts, and refine scripts.
- Maintain a consistent and professional on-screen presence, delivering content with clarity and confidence.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and audience insights to continually improve video quality and effectiveness.
- Monitor video performance metrics and audience feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, journalism, science) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience creating YouTube explainer videos, with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling prowess and research skills.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough research and synthesizing complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Excellent storytelling abilities, with a knack for captivating audiences and maintaining interest throughout the video.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, topics, and cultural phenomena, with the ability to incorporate them into video content.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including editing, graphics, and visual effects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality, innovative content.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹7,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 per week
