**Responsibilities**:
Create engaging and informative YouTube content related to Psychology, wellness and Marketing.

**Creation**:

- Assist in vivid brainstorming and generating ideas for YouTube content as per the market trend..
- Participate and contribute in the planning and scripting of videos with the team.
- Actively involve and contribute to the process of video production

**Production**:

- Assist and lead in Filming, high-quality face-cam videos aligning with the script
- Assemble the raw footage for final production
- Operate and assist in handling videography equipments

**Optimization**:

- Optimize video content for SEO and YouTube algorithms.
- Monitor youtube analytics for trends and oppourtunity
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and feedback.
- Collaborate with team for cross promotion

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic about Psychology, mental, emotional wellness and Marketing with a passion for creating video content.
- Knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO for videos, and video editing.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
- Familiarity with trends in wellness and coaching market, psychology and digitial marketing.
