Assist in the on boarding and off boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees

Collaborate with division stakeholders and vendors to deliver efficient HR services.

Respond to employee grievances regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Responsible for asset management, keeping track of the issuance, retrieval, and maintenance of office assets.

Facilitate employee engagement initiatives by coordinating team-building activities and implementing recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.

Ensure a favorable office environment is maintained by addressing infrastructure-related matters and effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Responsible for performing day-to-day HR tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Aptitude in problem-solving

Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

High initiative, integrity, strong work ethic, and analytical skills

**Requirements**:

- Experience in warehouse management, logistics or 3PL
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong Supervisory skills
- Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience with a bonded warehouse is a plus
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Education in logistics or 3PL filed is a plus 1-2 years of relevant experience in handling Warehouse operations

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
