Logistic Executive

**Job Title**:
**Logistics Executive - Food Manufacturing / Co-Packing**

**Reports to**:
Logistics Manager / Supply Chain Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, including handling dispatch documentation, tracking shipments, managing inventory records, and liaising with transporters to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. The role supports smooth operations across inbound and outbound logistics while ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dispatch Coordination**
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, transporter LR, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate dispatches with transporters to ensure on-time delivery to customers or warehouses.
- Track shipments and update customers / internal teams on delivery status.

**Inbound Logistics**
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for timely delivery of raw materials and packaging.
- Ensure proper documentation and inspection at the time of receipt.

**Inventory & System Updates**
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Assist in conducting cycle counts and reconciling stock discrepancies.

**Warehouse & Transport Compliance**
- Check loading and unloading activities to ensure products are handled hygienically and as per SOPs.
- Maintain records of vehicle hygiene checks and driver compliance (PPE, license, etc.).

**Vendor & Internal Coordination**
- Coordinate with production, QA, and accounts teams for dispatch planning and material availability.
- Communicate with transporters for vehicle placement and resolve transit issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in logistics / dispatch / warehouse operations, preferably in food or FMCG.
- Working knowledge of ERP or inventory software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with e-way bills, GST documentation, and FSSAI compliance preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
