**Position: Executive Assistant to Partner**

**Location: Ahmedabad**

(including coordination with teams based in Mumbai, Vadodara, and Bengaluru)

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and committed Executive Assistant to support a Partner engaged in Corporate & International Tax and Incubation Support Services. The Partner also leads global investment corridors (notably India-Taiwan), collaborates with governmental agencies, and manages strategic initiatives nationwide. Additionally, they oversee the firm’s Bengaluru office.

This role requires professionalism, discretion, agility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced professional services environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Calendar & Schedule Management
- Efficiently manage a dynamic calendar with internal meetings, client engagements, academic sessions, and travel.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the liaison between the Partner and clients (domestic and international), team members, and government functionaries.
- Ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups.

Travel Planning
- Plan domestic and international travel: itineraries, visas, logistics, and event briefings.

Practice Management
- Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the Partner to bring structure and foresight into daily operations and long-term planning.

Reporting & Presentations
- Prepare trackers and dashboards (e.g., team efficiency, finance, outstanding reports).
- Design structured presentations for client meetings, delegations, and internal reviews.

Timesheet Management
- Maintain and monitor the Partner’s timesheets.
- Assist with team-wide compliance and documentation.

Meeting Coordination
- Organize internal reviews, client calls, academic sessions, and government meetings.
- Ensure all preparatory material is accurate and ready.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Alignment with early working hours (starting at 9:00 AM IST).

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; excellent presentation skills.
- Ownership mentality: Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and client-centric attitude.
- Proactive problem-solver with an eye for operational improvements.
- Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Partners, CXOs, or senior leadership in professional services firms.
- Familiarity with reporting systems and working in cross-functional teams.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
