**Job Description: Back Office Assistant**

**Position**: Back Office Assistant
**Location**: Kanpur (On-site)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate **Visit Reports** to track field activities and client interactions.
- Generate and manage **Collection Reports**, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Perform data analysis and report generation using **MS Office** tools, with proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data validation, etc.).
- Maintain proper documentation and records management for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to streamline operations and support business activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite**, especially **Advanced Excel**.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both **English and Hindi**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in back-office operations or data management roles is preferred.

**Employment Type**: Full-time (On-site in Kanpur)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
