**Salary**: ₹12,000 onwards (depending on the skills and qualifications + Performance Incentives (based on experience and past closures)

- ABOUT THE ROLE_

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Pre-Sales Executive (Female) with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of client engagement in the premium real estate space. You will be the first touchpoint for discerning clients exploring Shatayu — a one-of-a-kind gated villa community inspired by Vastu, heritage, and sustainable living.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Understand the client’s lifestyle preferences, investment needs, and aspirations
- Qualify and nurture leads through personalized communication and consistent follow-ups
- Schedule site visits and assist in smooth handover to sales closers
- Maintain lead data and conversations on CRM
- Build trust and relationships with UHNI/HNI clients
- Track engagement metrics and support in refining sales funnels
- Coordinate with marketing for campaign feedback and lead quality
- WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR_
- 1-3 years of real estate pre-sales or luxury customer-facing experience
- Excellent English, Gujarati, and Hindi communication (verbal + written)
- Calm, warm, and polished phone etiquette
- Prior experience working with high-ticket/luxury brands is a plus
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram DMs
- Well-presented and aligned with our refined aesthetic
