We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising services and solutions to businesses.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Generate leads through research, networking and cold calling.

2. Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our advertising services and solutions.

3. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and requirements.

4. Present and demonstrate our advertising offerings effectively, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

6. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.

7. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

8. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve company objectives.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

10. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product improvements.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year

- MIS: 1 year (required)
