**Qualification**
- CA/CS/MBA Finance from a renowned college with 10 - 14 years of work experience who can run a company independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power-point).

**Key responsibilities**
- Guide the team with respect to costing, budgeting, financial analysis. As a Controller, you will be required to work closely with the business heads with respect to various operating financials, calculations, budgets from a commercial point of view.
- Responsible for preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules according to the monthly close schedule. Analyze revenues, margin and fixed general & administrative expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Finalize and present Quarterly / Yearly results to Board with appropriate detailing
- Monitor performance against budgets and take corrective actions basis trends
- Assist with financial and tax audits. (Internal / Statutory & Tax Audit)
- Use spreadsheets and sophisticated calculation software to gather and record financial information. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Implement Audit Recommendations in a time bound manner.
- Ensure finalization and signing of all legal agreements both new and renewals basis commercial approval from CEO.
- Responsible for both Direct & Indirect Tax Laws.
- Be fairly conversant or have the capability to ensure all compliances are met with respect to - GST - Customs Duties - Excise - Legal Metrology.
- Work with functions to identify areas and improvement in working capital.
