This is a senior role that blends comprehensive accounting oversight with strategic financial partnership. You will be responsible for all statutory compliance, financial accounting, and management reporting.This position involves light CFO duties , requiring you to provide strategic insights, manage cash flow, and guide business units using financial data. You will manage a team of junior accountants and work directly with senior management to ensure the financial health and compliance of the organization.Key Responsibilities1. Statutory Filings & ComplianceGST: Oversee all GST-related activities, including accurate and timely filing of returns (GSTR-1, 3B, etc.) and management of the E-Way Bill process.Direct Tax: Ensure full compliance with Income Tax and TDS regulations, including calculations, payments, and return filings.Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our external Chartered Accountants, managing audits, finalizations, and any advisory matters.2. Financial Accounting & OperationsGeneral Ledger: Take complete ownership and responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger, managed primarily in Tally.Accounts Receivable (A/R): Supervise the A/R process, ensuring timely invoicing and collection.Accounts Payable (A/P): Strategically manage vendor payments, aligning them with cash flow projections and optimizing working capital.Export & Banking: Oversee all export documentation and
