- Facilitate new hire onboarding and continuous learning programs
- Coach and provide feedback to learners
- Monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually adjust programs as per demand
- Support the development and delivery of learning content and programs utilizing various delivery methods including instructor-led (virtual and non-virtual), self-study, e-learning, and blended learning formats on a variety of product/process specific topics
- Provide support for large scale change initiatives
- Support training needs for product releases and preparation of training material related to updates
- Support training administrative functions
- Graduation in any stream is required
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Process Trainer (Outbound Sales or International relevant process)
- Knowledge and familiarity with training designs
- Proven understanding of true facilitation and ability to command and engage learners in virtual environments
- Demonstrated superior communication skills, especially in written and visual formats with the goal of transferring new knowledge and behaviours to learners
- It would be cool if one possess outstanding communication and relationship skills and should be fearless in the ability to facilitate conversations with leaders and SMEs in support of building the right fit learning solutions
- Should be organized, detail-oriented and have time management down to a science, great follow-through on tasks, and superior organizational skills
- Should be skilled at conducting training needs analysis, creating learning objectives and content to solve performance gaps and align to business goals
- Inquisitive, innovative, and resourceful and should be constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
- Should be confident in your ability to challenge the status quo with the goal of elevating the learning experience and driving performance results for the organization
