Strong background in ML, DL, NLP, and CV. Proficiency in Python and Flask. **Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of machine learning and deep learning models, focusing on natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient AI architectures and systems, taking into consideration aspects such as model performance, latency, and cost.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists on best practices, techniques, and tools in machine learning and deep learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure quality and compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Oversee deployment and integration of AI models into production environments, including cloud-based infrastructure.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of deployed AI solutions to ensure continuous improvement and to meet business objectives.
- Establish a culture of innovation, research, and experimentation within the AI team to drive cutting-edge solutions.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of machine learning and deep learning engineers to expand the AI team's capabilities

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering in relevant field
- 5+ years' of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
