**Position**: Bench Sales Recruiter

**Job Location**: Hyderabad (405, PSR Prime Towers, DLF Cyber City, Gachibowli) (onsite)

**Experience**: Min 5 years real-time experience

**Time**: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

**Roles &Responsibilities**:

- Strong knowledge and working experience on FTE, W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp (C2C).
- Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions.
- Experience using job boards such as Job Diva, Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, and Career Builder.
- Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.
- Screening and shortlisting of resumes according to the requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills handling US Citizens, and Green Card holders.
- Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.
- Strong knowledge of negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/full-time requirements.
- Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis.
- Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.
- Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor.
- Negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
- Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.
- Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications.
- Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.
- Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.

**Desired skills**:

- Must have 0-5 years of bench sales experience.
- 'Should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Analysis Skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently and within team environment.
- Knowledge of visa classification terms, rules and policies (FTE, W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp (C2C))
