**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer support through various communication channels
- Address inbound customer issues and escalate technical problems
- Process and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of customer problems
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Update customer information and contact details
- Meet performance standards, including quality and response time
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less-experienced team members

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer navigation and operation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
