**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Work on strategic global hiring programs.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Procure people for different IT Requirements.
- Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
- In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends.

**Job Requirements**:

- B.Tech., B.SC., BCA, or Any Graduate
- Must be having Good Communication Skills in English
- Have laptop and wi-fi connection (For remote).
- Must have Basic Computer knowledge and other technical skills like Java, python will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of US map and work culture. Local to Noida, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, or Bangalore

- Salary: 20-30k/Month (Fixed) + Unlimited Incentive

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
