**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Bidding**:

- Explore and bid on projects via online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Write proposals, send quotations, and negotiate with potential clients to close deals.
- **Client Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and project scope.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- **Market Research**:

- Identify new business opportunities and trends in the market.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research to stay updated on market demands.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain records of all proposals, contracts, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on bid performance, business development, and project status.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of various online bidding platforms.
- Ability to write clear and effective proposals.
- Understanding of project management and business development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in online bidding (1-2 years) is a plus.
- Familiarity with website development, IT services, or digital marketing (preferred but not required).
