**Responsibilities**
- Review documents for grammar, spelling, and style.
- Meet Proofreading Deadlines.
- Initiating Pre-Litigation Processes fact-cheque dates and other statements for accuracy.
- Ensure all text adheres to tone and character count outlined by company policies.
- Proofreaders are able to identify and rephrase grammatical errors to ensure an error-free text
- Preparing/drafting discoveries & responses confirm all submitted writing is original.
- They are adept at working with authors, editors, and typesetters to publish comprehensible write-ups
- Federal Laws Understanding and Knowledge
- US State Laws Understanding and Knowledge
- Litigation and Pre-litigation
- Working for US, Europe, and Canadian Laws
- Calendaring, Paralegal, Legal Assistant
- Client Coordination,
- Make corrections and edit the document

**Skills Required**:
Relevant Experience in legal and corporate

Knowledge of Laws (Indian, International)

Knowledge of legal tools, and Research

**Qualifications**:
Proficiency in English

Must be a Law Graduate.

Must have 1yr of experience.

Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

**Job Type**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary** 25,000 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
