**Role And Responsibilities**
- Drafting, vetting and negotiation of contracts across business units. You will highlight any issues which are likely to have revenue implications and exposure to legal, financial and statutory risks.
- Experience of handling indentires relating to Acquisition and Mergers. Drafting of SHA, SSA and Term Sheets
- Development of HR and Labour law policies and SOP's as per the relevant statues
- Research, Advisory and Opinion on E-commerce, Intermediarya and tradiers legal position
- To ensure that the contracts and other documents for business secure Company’s interests and are compliant with laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Involved in standardizing contracts as per the new business models, customizing contracts as per business needs, handling day to day operational changes in documentation like amendments, renewals or terminations.
- To provide legal support and advice on wide range of issues to the business, such as advice on legal and compliance issues, on new or improvised business models, legal notices or replying to notices and liaison with external advocates.
- Advise company on risks around business technical solutions and conduct legal research for recommended appropriate action.
- To manage disputes regarding contract interpretation, conditions or compliance with legal requirements and will be involved in audit processes.
- Develops contract terms, conditions and modifications
- Drafting and vetting of commercial agreements including confidentiality, product

supply agreements, material sourcing agreements, lease, memorandum of

understanding, correspondences with customer, letter of intent etc., Work with internal client representatives to set prices, terms and conditions of contractual arrangements
- Drafts, proofreads and edits correspondence and other documents
- Franchise Agreements, Lease Agreements, Marketing and Tech Agreements
- IPR’s filing, notices, oppositions, litigations, etc.
