Key Responsibilities- Draft, vet, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (franchise, lease, marketing, tech, MoUs, supply, and service agreements).- Ensure contracts are legally sound, compliant, and protect company interests.- Manage company secretarial work — preparation of Board Resolutions, Minutes, Annual Filings, and Statutory Registers.- Handle filings on MCA & RBI portals (FCTRS, FCGPR, FLA) and ensure timely compliance with Companies Act & FEMA regulations.- Provide legal and compliance support for new business initiatives and respond to legal notices.- Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal and operational risks.- Liaise with external counsels and assist in audits (internal/external).- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory updates relevant to business operations.-Desired Skills & Qualifications- Education: LLB / LLM- Experience: 3–7 years in corporate legal, contracts, and secretarial functions- Strong understanding of Companies Act, FEMA, and commercial contract laws- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills- Attention to detail with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
