We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Manager who will play a key role in ensuring robust legal processes, property documentation, and compliance.What You'll Do- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 professionals handling property documentation, verification, and legal opinions.- Oversee preparation, verification, and validation of property-related documents.- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal company policies in documentation and transaction management.- Coordinate and execute customer property registrations at the Registrar Office through external counsel.- Liaise with registrar offices in Noida & Ghaziabad to streamline and expedite registration processes.- Draft, review, and implement standard templates for contracts, agreements, and MOUs to ensure uniformity across company transactions.- Provide clear and timely legal opinions on property transactions and related matters.- Maintain all statutory records and registers in line with legal requirements.- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory updates, and evolving legal implications impacting the real estate sector.- Partner with cross-functional teams to address legal queries, support business goals, and mitigate risks.What You'll Need- LLB from a reputed University/Law College.- 6-8 years of experience in legal management with exposure to real estate laws, property transactions, and company law.- Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.- High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Workdays- Monday to Saturday
