Looking for a Product Development Head (Core Team) responsible for handling the whole-end-to-end development of the Edtech company's product: a digital platform that enables universities and higher-educational institutes to run all their operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Gathering and understanding requirements from the product team and end-users.
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including scope, resources, deadlines, communication strategy and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Participating and managing every stage of the project.
- Tracking every stage of the project, along with milestones and changes.
- Creating an efficient change management system.
- Documenting and managing code written.
- Hiring, managing and developing the engineering team.
- Managing all stages of software development: development, testing and deployment.
- Configuration management of software releases.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, BCA, BSC-IT, B.E (IT) or similar.
- 7+ years of work-exin Java (J2EE).
- Proficient in Java frameworks like Struts 2, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Working knowledge in front-end technologies like Angular and React.
- Comfortable using GitHub or any other version control and project tracking tools.
- Worked on automated testing platforms like Selenium & JUnit.
- Practical knowledge on timelines and project estimates.
- Good leadership, decision making and organization skills.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
