**Role Overview**:
As a Counselling Executive your key responsibility will primarily involve communicating with leads and evaluating their qualifications before passing them on to a senior team member for counselling. The role involves you to conduct research, analyze data and communicate with potential leads to determine their level of interest and appropriateness for the specific university

**Responsibilities**:
**Qualifying Leads**:

- Focus on qualifying in-progress, event-generated leads by confirming their interest.
- Gather additional information to assess the leads’ potential.

**Lead Assignment**:

- Once qualified, pass leads to the appropriate team members for further action.

**Event Outreach Support**:

- Assist with outreach activities by calling leads to invite and confirm their participation in seminars, masterclasses, webinars, and other events.

**Skillset**:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to assess and prioritize leads effectively.
