We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a **Back Office Executive**. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operations of our back office. **Person with SLCP & Wrap Process Owner experience from Audit & Assessment Certification Services background will given preference.**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage data entry and ensure accuracy and efficiency in all back office tasks
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
- Provide support to the management team as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Degree in business administration or related field preferred
- **Fresher to 1 year of experience in back office operations or similar administrative role**:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
