**Job Responsibilities & Required Skills**:

- Manage and coordinate daily operations of multiple commercial and residential properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling maintenance/repairs, addressing tenant inquiries and complaints, and coordinating documentation for move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for property operations; ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed by property and year.
- Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and project management.
- Ability to source quotes from Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Architectural Engineers, follow-up, negotiate and co-ordinate the information obtained.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A background or familiarity with property management or real estate industry practices (preferred but not required).
- Ability to interpret zoning regulations, floor plans, and understand the legal implications of violations related to city regulations and building codes.
- Prior experience in an **architectural office**, **civil engineering firm**, or **construction company** as an administrator would be a valuable asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
