**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize pesticide formulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and company quality benchmarks.
- Conduct research and testing to improve existing formulations and develop new products tailored to market requirements.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of formulation processes, including ingredient selection, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the production team to scale up formulations for manufacturing, ensuring smooth transition from R&D to production.
- Ensure quality control through rigorous testing of formulations to maintain consistency and efficacy.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pesticide formulation technologies and implement innovative practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in formulation processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Maintain accurate records of formulation processes, test results, and observations, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Provide technical support to cross-functional teams, including production, QA, and sales, to address formulation-related queries or challenges.
- Perform risk assessments and implement measures to ensure safe handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of **2 to 3.5 years of hands-on experience in pesticide formulation** is required.
- Excellent technical knowledge of formulation processes, raw materials, and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to innovate and improve formulations for better performance and cost efficiency.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines in the pesticide and chemical manufacturing industry.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
