**Job Description: Pesticide Production Chemist**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and formulate pesticide products based on specific requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct testing and analysis of pesticide formulations to ensure their efficacy and safety.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to improve existing pesticide formulations and develop new products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards for pesticide manufacturing.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pesticide production techniques, biofertilizers, and agricultural practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pesticide production or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of biofertilizers, pesticides, and agricultural practices.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, formulation, and quality control.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
