**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabrication**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the dimensions and materials required.
- Operate various machinery and tools including shears, brakes, and welders to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal.
- Measure, cut, bend, and form metal sheets using hand tools and machine equipment.
- Assemble components and subassemblies using techniques such as welding, riveting, or fastening.
- **Fitting and Installation**:

- Fit and assemble metal parts and subassemblies according to blueprints and specifications.
- Install metal products and systems, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.
- Perform on-site installations and adjustments as required, ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure proper function and fit.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any modifications or repairs.
- **Maintenance and Safety**:

- Maintain and service tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow company procedures for handling and disposing of materials and waste.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in sheet metal work is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Fabricator and Fitter or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Experience with various metalworking tools and machinery.
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:
