**Job Title**:Fitter

**Location**: Orakadam

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: 30,000 to 35,000 ( Take home)

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble and fit components.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Document work processes and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
- Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a fitter or similar role in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Strong understanding of welding and assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
