We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Chef de Partie** to join our culinary team. As a CDP, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, quality, and hygiene. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a designated section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry, fish, meat).
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required standard.
- Assist in the development and planning of menus, including new dishes and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or needs to the Sous Chef.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food hygiene standards and health regulations.
- Train and supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants within your section.
- Work closely with other chefs to ensure timely and consistent service during meal periods.
- Minimize waste and maintain portion control to meet food cost targets.
- Follow kitchen procedures and recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
