**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
- Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs.
- Supervise kitchen staff’s activities and provide guidance.
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef with expertise in various cuisines.
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
- Culinary school diploma preferred.

Pay: ₹20,155.00 - ₹23,132.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
