An ice cream scooper is responsible for serving ice cream and other frozen desserts to customers. This role requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized serving area, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in choosing ice cream flavors and toppings.
- Scoop ice cream into cones or cups, ensuring proper portion sizes.
- Add toppings, sauces, and other extras as requested by customers.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized serving area, including cleaning utensils and equipment.
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions and addressing complaints.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers to ensure efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (ice cream containers, supplies, etc.).
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Physical Demands**:

- Stand for long periods.
- Lift and carry heavy objects.
- Work in a cold environment (ice cream shop or serving area).

**Work Environment**:

- Ice cream shops or stands located indoors or outdoors.
- Fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Interaction with customers and coworkers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
