**Key Responsibilities:1. E-Commerce Operations**:

- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across various online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure seamless order processing, inventory management, and stock updates.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor and improve website/app functionality and user experience.

**2. Digital Marketing & Sales Optimization**:

- Optimize product pages for higher conversions using SEO best practices.
- Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Identify trends and suggest strategies to improve online performance.

**3. Customer Engagement & Support**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews across e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Improve customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement loyalty programs and promotional offers to enhance customer retention.

**4. Coordination & Reporting**:

- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, design, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for business growth.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: [1-3] years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Facebook Pixel.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, or graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Prior experience in B2C/B2B e-commerce sectors.
