Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse customer needs and preferences to develop targeted sales strategies.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
3. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales tactics and promotional campaigns.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to maintain long-term partnerships.
5. Product Development and Innovation:
- Work closely with the product development team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to drive product improvements and new product development initiatives.
6. Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the company's unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable business deals.
7. Market Expansion and Geographic Growth:
- Identify new geographic markets and expansion opportunities for the company's products and services.
- Develop market entry strategies and execute expansion plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against targets.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review, highlighting sales achievements and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Strong understanding of corrugated box manufacturing processes and packaging solutions.
3. Proven experience in marketing and sales roles within the packaging industry, preferably in corrugated box manufacturing.
4. Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
7. Leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a sales team.
8. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
