**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to promote and sell residential plots in our Pithampur-based projects.
- Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
- Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the on-ground sales team.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, lead statuses, and conversions.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach and strategy.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in telecalling/tele-sales in the **real estate sector** (preferably in plot selling).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (English is a plus).
- **Sales Oriented**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record in lead generation and closing deals.
- **Confidence & Proactiveness**: Should be comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- **Basic Tech Skills**: Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp communication.
