We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller with experience in

excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for providing

top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database provided.

2) Generate leads and convert inquiries into site visits.

3) Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with prospective clients.

4) Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.

5) Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.

6) Maintain and update the CRM regularly.

7) Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

**Requirements**:
1 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.

Basic computer knowledge and experience working with CRM systems.
