Qurocare is seeking a **Lab Technician** responsible for **blood sample collection** from both **clinic walk-in patients and home visits**, along with **coordination with our partner laboratories**. The technician will ensure timely sample dispatch, accurate documentation, and on-time report delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect blood and other samples from clinic and homecare patients
- Label, store, and transport samples securely to partnered labs
- Coordinate with labs for timely pickup, processing, and reporting
- Maintain sample logs and track report delivery timelines
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding preparation, timing, and report handover
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and professionalism during all collections

**Requirements**:

- DMLT / BSc MLT qualification
- Minimum 1 year of field or clinic experience
- Skilled in venipuncture and patient handling
- Should be able to **travel within Trivandrum** for home collections
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
