- **Educational Qualification**:

- **BSc/MSc** in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- **DMLT** (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)

**Experience**:

- Minimum **2 years** in Hematology
- **3 years** experience as a lab technician in Hematology

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Hematology tests such as CBC, Reticulocyte Count, Blood Smear Examination, and Coagulation Studies
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain hematology analyzers and equipment
- Record, analyze, and interpret test results for accuracy
- Maintain proper documentation of patient results and reports
- Ensure lab hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care
- Handle and store biological samples following standard procedures

**Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of Hematology tests, procedures, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficient in using lab equipment and diagnostic instruments
- Good record-keeping and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills for patient interaction and report generation
