**There will be an analytical & strategic 36 weeks experiential learning in Talent Acquisition**:
1. Company Identifying / Lead Generation

2. Industry Mapping

3. Company Mapping Industry-wise

6. Job Description understanding, creating and reading

7. Interviewing Interns for internal requirements

8. Developing Questioning Skills

9. Start taking Professional Interviews

10. Multi-tasking - Content Development

**SUMMER INTERNSHIP**: On successful completion of 1-3 months of summer internship certificates shall be awarded.

**GRADUATE INTERNS**:
**36 weeks of Graduate Internship Program (GIP)**

After the successful completion of the extensive experiential Graduate Internship Training, your performance, your focus and your interests will be evaluated for the future career

**OUR EXPECTATIONS**

a) Task has to be researched, designed and presented well at every stage

b) On completion, you will be asked to present each and every project to the Board.

c) Every project given has to be within Timelines and needs to be completed well in advance since you are support function for the Senior Business Teams.

d) In Consulting and Advising Business we need to behave like, look like professionals.

e) Dress up in formals or semi formals while on Video Calls.

f) Initial 4 to 16 weeks, you can work from home and learn how to do research, engage and understand basics.

g) You will proceed ahead in work only when you are absolutely proficient in your existing task given.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**

**COMPENTENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED**

a) Knowledge of Recruitment

b) Familiarity with social media especially ones that are search engines, professional networks etc.

c) Keen interest in understanding of the requirements for each role in the company

d) Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

e) Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills both written & verbal.

f) Must have Proficiency, Fluency, Creativity, Flair of Sound Research Skills, Ability to Work of MS Word, Excel, PPT

g) Ability to work with project team and independently as required

h) Should be self-motivated, adaptive and flexible.

i) Excited to learn and grow.
