Manage daily activities of operational sales support and customer service.
- Knowledge of Export Documents.
- Assisting the sales team with all order processing & dispatch procedures.
- Creating quotes, processing orders in a timely manner, planning deliveries, processing requests for an expedited delivery of rush orders, review customer pending items and ensure absolute 100% customer satisfaction and delight.
- Develop a rapport & build relationship with the customer’s procurement, stores/inventory, quality team and other stakeholders to ensure regeneration of business.

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Graduate in any field.

**Work Experience**:Proven experience of 1 to 4 years in the sales support & customer service function.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,235.17 per month
