**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
- **Education**: MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer relationship roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
