**Job Summary**: The Client Coordinator is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients throughout the process. Acting as the primary point of contact, this role ensures client needs are met promptly and effectively, coordinates with internal departments to deliver high-quality services, and maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to support company growth.

**Job Title**: Executive - Mastering Services(Client Co-Ordinator)

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main liaison with the production team, Content team and Mastering team to address inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Responsible for the preview show
- Maintain regular and timely communication to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to potential issues
- Oversee multiple films simultaneously, ensuring align with client requirements and deadlines.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Content Operations, Qube Technical Team, and Mastering & Finance team to provide timely and accurate information.
- Prepare and present reports on client account activities, including feedback and requests to the respective team and the function head.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, communicating relevant information to the clients and internal teams.

**Key requirements**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client coordination or a similar role within the film or entertainment industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of post-production processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
